Howdy from Texas guys! Glad to see you made it back to BSBP Blog. I think fellow Texans like Ray from Rays Cowboy Blog will agree with me that Texas is a great place to live. It's not that other states aren't great places too. They are.
I love Washington and Oregon. Utah and Colorado are spectacular as are many of the other western states. North Carolina and Virginia are great states too, and I love to visit them. Who wouldn't love such states as Hawaii and Alaska? They are both magnificent.
I've been in about 40 of the 50 states, and I plan to make the last ten before I'm done, but Texas is unique. Those of us who have been born and raised in Texas are trying our best to teach all the folks moving to Texas to be Texans as best we can. But they're swarming into Texas for a piece of the good life so fast that I fear we're losing ground.
Never-the-less, Texas remains true to the best of both its western and its southern roots. Texans are open and friendly, but tend to mind their own business. Texans wave or say howdy to strangers. It's just the polite thing to do.
When I saw the picture below, I knew it had to be the lead picture for the February 15, 2012 album of Jack's Hot Guys. The young cowboy is exactly what comes to my mind when I think of a true Texan. He's a cut above. He'll certainly tip his hat to a lady or an older man; yet he's self assured. He's ready for whatever might come up. He's laid back and never looks for trouble, but you wouldn't be wise to get on his bad side.
I hope you enjoy all the cowboys pictured below. If they stir you up, check out Rays Cowboy for more great Cowboy shots. You'll find the link in the Roll of my Favorite Blogs.
The group of guys below know what is means to be attracted to other guys. They are comfortable with each other and ready for the opportunity to play.
I have posted some of the pictures of Aiden Shaw before. Shaw is the type of guy that I consider a classic male. I hope you enjoy seeing them again if you have seen his pictures before; and if you've not seen them, I hope you enjoy them as much as I do.

The following block of guys are just plain appealing to me for many different reasons. I hope you find several who are appealing to you too.
I have to admit that I've never had a buddy who was older than me. It's not that I don't find older guys attractive and sexy. I do; but for some reason it seems my relationships have always been with guys who are younger than I. Below are several older guys who I find quite attractive. For you guys that have ruled out older guys while looking for a buddy, I would urge you to open up your criteria a little. Older guys often have much to offer.
I have to admit I've never understood the thing many women seem to have for bad boys; but numberless women have been burned by the bad boys. But looking at the group of bad boys below, I have to admit I can see some things that definitely appeal to me. I bet you find a few too.
The photographs below are full glossy photographs that were more than likely produced as a part of advertising campaigns aimed at homosexual men. The results more than interesting to me.
While I always enjoyed plowing my buddies, I never found the personal appeal of anything up my ass bigger than a finger. This good looking guy seems to feel differently.
For some reason I can't quite explain this picture below of Lee seemed to be the perfect one to end with. He's a beautiful guy for sure and leaves me looking forward to the hot guys for March 1, 2012. I hope to see you back then; and of course as always, I hope you'll tell you're friends about my picture blog.

I have to agree with you on this. Texas is a one of a kind place. Where else can you get lost and people invite you in for a piece of pie while they help you find your way. I have been all over the US. and I still want to come ohome to Texas. The only place I have not been to is Hawawii. I love Texas so much. I am a 5th gen Texas. My Great, Great, Great grandfather help sign the decloration of independence for Texas. ONce again I love Texas allot, Never thought of moving.
ReplyDeleteBy the way you have allot of GREAT Looking, HOT Men here.
WOOF
Ray
Yep, I was positive you'd agree Ray. Texas is known around the world more than any other state.
DeleteIn many ways its like a fine blended whiskey. It is the sum of the heritage of its diverse peoples, and added to that it is a blend of the old south, the old west and the new petrochemical empire which keeps America runnings.
As Davy Crockett told his colleagues in the Tennessee legislature, "You can all go to Hell, and I'll go to Texas." Others have been a little kinder with one song writer penning the words, "When I die I hope I go to heaven, but I don't know if they let Cowboys in. If they don't, I'll go to Texas cause Texas is as close as I've been. To true Texans, it's more than just a song.
Jack, you have a great eye and clearly spend a lot of time finding a terrific array of men from the internet sites. Thanks for doing this. I hope you take it as a compliment that I periodically use your fine photos to pepper the text of my own blog - with all due credit given of course.
ReplyDeleteI like you including some older guys in the mix. And that section on bad boys? Bad is in the eye of the beholder - so many of them looked very eager to get it on in a good good good way! You rarely speak of your own sexual practices on your own blog, but did reveal you like to "plow your buddies"... so it seems you are a top and clearly a self confident and very physical man. No wonder younger men are attracted to you.
Oh, you do me too much credit Jason. I do try to stay a month ahead on the picture blog but this month on the 14th I hadn't found a single picture. I sure had to get my ass in gear to meet the midnight deadline.
DeleteIt seems I always work best under pressure. Was happy to see you and Ray deem it a worthy effort.
My buddies and I have had a lot of fun over the years. We've kind of operated on the agreement that there is nothing we won't try. Some of em we say, "we'll we tried." Some of em we say, "wow let's do that again." Some of them end up in uproarious laughter.
Most who know me would agree with you that a lack of self confidence has never been one of my problems. Too much self confidence, well they might want to talk about that.
I've always been told my picture should be in the book when you look up the traits of a Leo.
I just try to be me.

Forgot to address your question about using the pictures on your blog. Use away. I don't own them. Just take them from the public domain on the net.
DeleteIt's nice knowing others confirm my selections.

Wow! You outdid yourself on this one!
ReplyDeleteI had the surprising pleasure last year of discovering just how friendly Texans are! I sure had my doubts and the trepidation of the trip loomed over me. The city (San Angelo) and the people were very friendly and gracious hosts!
Thanks man for the confirmation to others that Texans are a friendly breed of folks. San Angelo is a great little city and home to some of the best Texas Steaks a man could ever find.

Another wonderful post! So many great images of hot men. I agree, that it is good to some "mature" men included (I'll be 78 in a couple of months!). Well, you may call them "bad boys", but to me they are really too hot for words. Perhaps I've kept bad company too long! Hug, Patrick
ReplyDeleteI'll mention your blog on mine today.
Yep mature guys have a lot to offer and many of them are down right HOT!
DeleteI'll never make it to age 78, but congratulations on doing so Patrick. I wish you many more years of health and happiness. Maybe those bad boys are keeping you young.
Thanks for the support! It means a lot to me.

Holy fuck! Makes me want to move to Texas.
ReplyDeleteJohn- upstate ny
I guess because of growing up in El Paso I have a different attitude toward Texas, maybe because the rest of Texas seems to have a different attitude toward El Paso. :) I did enjoy my years in Austin, though, and must admit that, despite my usually caustic comments when discussing the state, it is indeed as you describe it.
ReplyDeleteYeah friends I've had from El Paso report to me that they too more often than not feel like they are not really a part of Texas. I guess the wide open spaces between El Paso and the rest of Texas do form a sort of natural border. Life west of the Pecos is different.
DeleteI don't think there is any real intentional neglect of that area by the rest of Texas. Just geography.
Thanks for the comment.

These are some great pics Jack..... Wish I had more time to read all of your posts.... Keep them coming.
ReplyDeleteGlad to hear you like the pics. They will be around every two weeks at your opportunity to take a look.
DeleteAs for the blog, perhaps I can make a suggestion to make it easier for you to read. There is menu on the right side of the home page which lists the Title of every blog I've published. Just use your mouse to drop down the list of Titles of each month in each year. You can click to go directly to the ones that seem to interest you most.
Another tip is to keep in mind that the blog is optimized for your mobile devices. If you have an iPhone or other similar mobile device and find yourself waiting in a Doctor's office or other place killing time, you can just pull up the blog on that device while you're waiting.
Thanks for following my blogs. I really do appreciate it.

Loved them all. Such great variety! The Texas write up was inspiring. The cowboys were hot.
ReplyDeleteJack, I don't think I've ever seen a larger or more consistently great group of guys anywhere on the web.
ReplyDeleteThanks for bringing them right to my fingertips every two weeks.
I'd like to see more older guys when you have the opportunity to post them.
LH
LH, your comments and your enjoyment of my blog make it all worthwhile.
